Si la resposta \u00e9s s\u00ed, aquest article et pot ajudar a entendre qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 passant, sense culpa i sense judici. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el trastorn per atracaci\u00f3? <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El trastorn per atracament \u00e9s el trastorn de la conducta aliment\u00e0ria m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent, tot i que continua sent un dels menys coneguts. Es caracteritza per episodis recurrents en qu\u00e8 la persona menja grans quantitats de menjar en un per\u00edode curt de temps, amb una sensaci\u00f3 clara de p\u00e8rdua de control sobre el que est\u00e0 fent. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A difer\u00e8ncia de la bul\u00edmia nerviosa, en el trastorn per atracaci\u00f3 no hi ha conductes compensat\u00f2ries habituals (no es vomita, no es fan servir laxants, no es dejuna). Per aix\u00f2, sovint passa m\u00e9s desapercebut, fins i tot per a la pr\u00f2pia persona que ho viu. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Com \u00e9s un episodi d&#8217;atracament? <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Durant un episodi d&#8217;atracament poden ser presents algunes d&#8217;aquestes experi\u00e8ncies: \u2022 Menjar molt m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid del que \u00e9s habitual, gaireb\u00e9 sense adonar-se del que s&#8217;est\u00e0 menjant.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menjar fins a sentir-se inc\u00f2modament plena, fins i tot amb mal de panxa posterior.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menjar encara que no es tingui gana f\u00edsica. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menjar tot sol, per vergonya o per amagar el que est\u00e0 passant. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sentir f\u00e0stic, culpa o tristesa intensa despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;episodi. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El que sol quedar despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;enrenou no \u00e9s alleugeriment, sin\u00f3 una barreja de malestar f\u00edsic i emocional: vergonya, culpa, promeses que \u00abdem\u00e0 ho far\u00e9 millor\u00bb. I aquest cicle, repetit una vegada i una altra, genera un esgotament enorme. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>El paper de les emocions: el menjar com a refugi <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El trastorn per atracament rarament t\u00e9 a veure amb la gana. La realitat que s&#8217;amaga darrere s\u00f3n emocions que no poden ser ateses o expressades. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan alg\u00fa no ha apr\u00e8s -perqu\u00e8 ning\u00fa no li ha ensenyat- a gestionar les seves emocions, el cos busca la manera de calmar-se. El menjar pot ser aquell calmant que activa el sistema de recompensa del cervell i, temporalment, redueix el malestar. Per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 passa despr\u00e9s, quan aquest malestar torna? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les emocions que amb m\u00e9s freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia precedeixen una atracada s\u00f3n: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ansietat <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avorriment i sensaci\u00f3 de buit<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tristesa i sentiment de solitud <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nivells d&#8217;estr\u00e8s elevat<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sensaci\u00f3 de frac\u00e0s <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identificar quina emoci\u00f3 \u00e9s la que hi ha darrere de cada atrac\u00f3, \u00e9s el primer pas per comen\u00e7ar a entendre l&#8217;arrel del problema, aix\u00ed com la seva funci\u00f3 i, per tant, facilitar la possibilitat d&#8217;aprendre altres maneres de trobar aquesta funci\u00f3 que no tinguin tant a veure amb el menjar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>En qu\u00e8 es diferencia de \u201cmenjar emocionalment\u201d? <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menjar per emocions \u00e9s una cosa que li passa a tothom en algun moment, forma part de la nostra experi\u00e8ncia i, per tant, no ho considerem un problema, sin\u00f3 que d\u00f3na encara m\u00e9s pes al fet que el menjar t\u00e9 molt\u00edssimes funcions m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la d&#8217;alimentar-nos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El problema \u00e9s quan es converteix en l&#8217;\u00fanica, que \u00e9s el que passa al trastorn per atracament. A m\u00e9s, el TA genera un malestar significatiu que t\u00e9 un fort impacte a la vida di\u00e0ria de la persona, afectant el seu estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i la seva autoestima. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c9s una realitat silenciada<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El trastorn per afartament carrega amb una capa extra de vergonya perqu\u00e8 vivim en una cultura que valora l&#8217;autocontrol per sobre de gaireb\u00e9 tot. No poder \u00abparar de menjar\u00bb s&#8217;interpreta com una manca de for\u00e7a de voluntat, cosa que avergonyir-se. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aix\u00f2 fa que moltes persones triguen anys a demanar ajuda, i fins i tot quan ho fan, minimitzin el que els passa: \u201cno \u00e9s per tant, porto tota la vida aix\u00ed\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si portes temps sentint-te atrapada en aquest cicle i no trobes la sortida, demana ajuda.
